These terms govern the relationship between PT Next Step Advisory(“NSA”) and clients who use this website or order goods and services from us.
1. Scope
NSA is an international trading company registered in Indonesia, supplying machinery, industrial equipment, spare parts and commercial products. We also trade selected energy products and industrial commodities, and provide sourcing, procurement and related coordination services around the goods we supply.
2. Quotes and Orders
- Quotes issued by NSA are valid for 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed by pro-forma invoice. Payment against the invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Prices may be subject to adjustment before confirmation due to exchange-rate fluctuation or stock availability.
3. Payment
Payment by bank transfer in IDR or USD to the account listed on the invoice. For first-time orders with new clients, we may require 100% payment in advance. For ongoing clients, payment terms (e.g. Net 14, Net 30) may be agreed in writing.
4. Delivery and Risk
- Delivery terms are agreed per order and stated on the pro-forma invoice using Incoterms 2020. For domestic orders, goods are collected at our registered address or delivered to the client address. For export and import orders we coordinate freight, inspection and shipping documentation.
- Risk in the goods passes to the client on receipt.
5. Warranty
Machinery, equipment and spare parts are supplied with the applicable manufacturer warranty, as stated on the invoice or related specification sheet. The warranty covers component failure in normal use within the manufacturer’s specification, and does not cover fair wear and tear, incorrect installation or operation, modifications, missed maintenance, or force majeure. Commodities and energy products are supplied against the specification and inspection terms agreed in the contract rather than a warranty. Warranty claims are handled by email to our contact address.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, NSA’s liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. NSA is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, brand identity, layout) is owned by NSA or licensed to NSA. You may quote short excerpts for reference or editorial purposes with clear attribution.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute is settled exclusively by the competent district courts of Bali Province.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date an order is accepted.
