PT Next Step Advisory uses the minimum cookies needed to run this site. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no data sales.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file your browser stores. Cookies help a site remember preferences (e.g. language) and measure use. We also use the term «cookie» loosely to cover equivalent browser-storage technologies such as localStorage.
Legal basis and regulatory framework
Strictly necessary cookies are placed on the basis of legitimate interest (UU PDP Art. 20(2)(f)). Non-essential cookies are placed only after your explicit consent through the banner (UU PDP Art. 20(2)(a)). If you visit from the EU or the UK, we additionally observe GDPR Art. 6 and the ePrivacy Directive / UK PECR, which impose equivalent consent obligations.
Cookie categories
| Category | Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | nsa_locale | Remembers your language choice (EN / ID). | 1 year |
| Strictly necessary | nsa_consent | Stores your cookie preferences. After 6 months the banner is shown again so you can re-confirm. | 6 months |
| Performance | (not currently set) | Aggregate analytics will be added only after explicit consent. None at present. | — |
| Functional | (none) | We do not use third-party functional cookies. | — |
| Targeting | (none) | We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. | — |
Third-party cookies we do NOT use
For transparency, we explicitly confirm that this site embeds none of the following third-party tracking technologies:
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)
- LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, X / Twitter Pixel
- Hotjar, FullStory, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment
- Third-party ad iframes, retargeting, or any ad exchange.
How to manage consent
On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or reject each non-essential category separately. You can re-open the settings at any time via the «Cookie preferences» link in the footer.
What if you reject non-essential cookies?
The site continues to work in full — you can browse the catalogue, read pages, send the contact form, and request a quote. What changes: we will not enable aggregate analytics or any tracking for your session. No content is hidden and no functionality is restricted because of a rejection.
Browser-level controls
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will disable some site functions (e.g. language memory).
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
Changes to this policy
If we add a new cookie (for instance analytics), the table above is updated and the banner is shown again to obtain fresh consent before that cookie is activated.
