NIB: 2011250055097

Operating scope: Computer consulting, computer facility management, and related activities — as described in the company’s articles of incorporation. The primary activity is wholesale trade of computers (KBLI 46511); consulting and helpdesk services are delivered around the hardware supplied, at a value materially smaller than goods revenue.
2. Vendor-Neutral Statement
We hold no exclusive distribution quotas and accept no hidden commissions from any manufacturer. Our recommendations are driven by fit to the client’s needs — not by supplier targets.
3. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
- No facilitation payments, excessive gifts, or hospitality offered or accepted.
- All transactions go through written invoices and bank transfers — no cash settlements above Indonesian regulatory thresholds.
- Our staff are empowered to refuse any request that violates these principles, with no career consequences.
4. Sanctions and Screening
We refuse transactions with parties listed on OFAC (United States), EU, and UN sanctions lists. We screen significant new clients against those lists before invoice confirmation.
5. Source of Funds
Payments are accepted by bank transfer from accounts in the client’s own name. Third-party payments require written documentation explaining the relationship.
6. Banking and Payment
We hold a corporate account with OCBC NISP (Indonesia) and accept payment in IDR or USD by bank transfer. Full account number, SWIFT code and branch are issued with the pro-forma invoice — never published openly, to reduce the risk of invoice fraud (BEC / invoice spoofing).
- Quotes and invoices in IDR or USD, at the client’s choice.
- VAT and shipping shown line-by-line on every invoice.
- Account details also available on written request to banking partners performing KYC.
7. Client Data Security
See our Privacy Policy for full treatment of personal data. In short: encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access, minimum lawful retention periods.
8. Geographic Scope
We operate primarily within Indonesia, serving clients across Bali and nearby islands. International transactions are handled case-by-case with additional documentation.
